Is parking available?

Limited parking is available onsite. Please let us know your parking requirements at the time of booking.

Are laundry facilities available?

A

The property features a laundry room containing two washing machines, two dryers, as well as detergent, nets and drying racks - all freely available for guests staying with us.

Is it possible to order meals?

A

Nanoka Hitomeguri is a 100% self-catering facillity. No meals are provided for guests. In accordance with traditional toji culture, guests are encouraged to prepare their own meals for the benefit of their health. Specialised staff are available to assist you with selecting ingredients/recipes, in accordance with your own health & wellness needs and preferences.

What should I do regarding food ingredients?

A

There is a supermarket close by in which guests can purchase any ingredients they would like to use in their own cooking.

Are seasonings provided?

A

In addition to cooking utensils and tableware, a carefully curated selection of condiments and seasonings is available for guest use - including whole-bean soy sauce, cane sugar, beet sugar, vinegar, sun-dried salt, and additive-free miso. You are, of course, welcome to bring your own too!

Are there alternative places to eat?

A

We'll be happy to introduce you to nearby restaurants and places where bento (boxed meals) can be purchased.

Is Wi-Fi available?

A

Wi-Fi is available to use in all guest rooms.

Are children allowed to stay?

Yes, we accept children.
