About the Seven Days Tour
Hot springs are not just for relaxing your body after you've worked too hard.
Reset your mind to zero,
It has the power to bring you back to your true self.
"Touji", the practice of relaxing the body and mind in hot springs, is an ancient Japanese health regimen.
Kaibara Ekiken, a botanist and medical doctor from the Edo period, lived a long life.
In his book "Yojokun," written based on his own experiences, he explains that it is good to take a hot spring bath once or twice every seven days.
For the human mind and body to heal,
I believe it is also necessary to once again feel the flow of time in harmony with the natural flow.
Toji is the perfect place to let go of excess and reexamine yourself.
The best part of toji is believing in and improving the natural healing powers of your body and mind by boosting your immune system.

We think of Touji Retreat as "Touji Re-Treat."
Immerse yourself in a hot spring and reexamine and re-treat your body and mind.
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, quick moments and meals are unavoidable.
Also, in the midst of busy times, we tend to put our own bodies and minds on the back burner.
Taking time for yourself means
It means regaining your true self and cherishing yourself.
When you return to your true self and feel fulfilled, you will be able to be kinder to the people around you.
Once you strip your body and mind naked and shed all that, you can put on something new.
That's how I feel.

In the past, hot springs were places where people would spend a long time in hot springs to heal their body and mind, stay in one place (sojourn), enjoy food and conversation, and foster relationships with the local community.
Immerse yourself in fresh, natural hot spring water and connect with your body and mind.
Food is food therapy, so listen carefully to what your body wants.
Feel the biorhythms of nature.
Learn about the lives of local people.
Reread the books you've piled up.
You can brew and drink your own locally grown tea.
In this modern age where people are expected to live to 100 years old,
It's okay to have seven days in your life to focus on your body and mind.
It could be three days, it could be ten days, or it could be any number of times.
A hot spring cure where you can face your true self, meet people, and rediscover your true self.
We hope you will feel the flow of the moment and realize that we are in harmony with nature.

Characteristics of the Seven Day Cycle
Both hot springs and people are gifts from the Earth, and these resources are limited.
We would like to continue to share the benefits of Touji with everyone through our Seven Days Tour.
In order to protect the hot springs and the environment, which are limited resources, and to value toji, which is about letting go of excess and identifying what is necessary,
We have the following sustainable tourism policies:
Soaps and Detergents that are Gentle on both Skin and Environment
We carefully select products that are gentle on both nature and on the skin.We do not use fabric softeners.
Personal Items Brought from Home
Please note that we do not provide bath towels, toothbrushes, pyjamas, toiletries, etc. We ask guests to bring whatever personal items they normally use in their daily lives.
Pure, Undiluted Onsen Water, Straight from the Source
Our water is one hundred percent pure, undiluted onsen water, giving maximum benefit to the body. Due to limited resources, we do not engage in new or replacement drilling. Instead, we upcycle all unused onsen water using geothermal power for bathing purposes. The temperature of the onsen water is carefully managed in an effort to utilise its resources as efficiently as possible.
High-quality Cotton Linens & Towels, Gentle to the Touch
We use only soft cotton linen and towels that are gentle on the skin, designed with guest comfort in mind. For guests staying three nights or longer, fresh bed linen is provided free of charge every three nights.
Your Health in Mind: Naturally-made Seasonings & Condiments
During their stay, guests have free access to a kitchen in which they can prepare meals at their own pace, according to their own health needs and preferences. We offer a carefully curated selection of all-natural seasonings (free of charge) containing minimal compounds/additives. These include whole-bean soy sauce, cane sugar, beet sugar, vinegar, sun-dried salt, and additive-free miso.
